Easy ordering and shipping
Shopping at Kevin's Men's Wear is possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Within 5 working days we will deliver your order to the desired address. You can also pick up your order in our shop at the red checkout (checkout of the tailor shop).
Our packages are sent with Bpost. You will receive an e-mail from Bpost with the tracking of your package. Here you can track the package. If you are unfortunately not at home when Bpost delivers the parcel, they will leave a message in your mailbox so that you can pick it up.
Kevin's Men's Wear will pay the shipping costs for orders of at least €75 for delivery in Belgium (€200 for other countries). If you order for less than 75€, we will charge you the shipping costs.
How do I return an item?
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to your home address to return items. The item must be returned unused and with the original labels and price tag. Do not cut off the tags when trying on the items! Underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Shoes can only be tried on indoors and on a clean surface.
Returns are at the buyer's risk and expense. Kevin's Men's Wear is not responsible for damage and/or loss of returned packages. Please ask Bpost for proof of postage and keep it in a safe place.
If you wish to return an item, you can do so in two ways:

If you are returning an item via Bpost, the item must be packed in the original shipping box and accompanied by the return form. This return form can be downloaded from our website. Leave your details here and send it to the following return address Verheydenstraat 7, 1700 Dilbeek. The return costs are to be paid by the customer.
Do you want to exchange an item?
Unfortunately this is not possible. We ask you to place a new order for the desired article.
- Returns to the shop:
Do you live or work in the Dilbeek area? Or do you like to visit our shop? Then choose to return your order to our shop in Dilbeek for your convenience. The return period is 14 days from the date of delivery. We ask you to bring the delivery note and transport your order in its original packaging. You can then choose to exchange the item or have the amount refunded.
